My Intuitive is an app for surgeons who use da Vinci X and Xi surgical systems. It delivers procedure data through a mobile app synced to the surgeon console they use during a case. My Intuitive provides access to training data, ergonomic settings, and case histories.

Insights Data can provide surgeons with valuable insights. With My Intuitive, they can track training or look for operational efficiencies. Case history reveals personal trends and comparisons with national benchmarks. For insights on a single case, they can scroll a timeline to see the use of instruments, their individual console time, operative and non-operative time, and more. Connectivity A surgeon can log into a da Vinci system, the My Intuitive app, and Intuitive Learning with the same credentials. My Intuitive works with any cloud-connected da Vinci X or Xi system. When a surgeon sits at a console and logs in, the system picks up ergonomic and energy settings. Within My Intuitive, they can edit or create a public profile for the Intuitive Provider Locator with automatic updates of practice highlights. Simplicity Surgeons can access My Intuitive data from anywhere. They can review and analyze data associated with procedures they performed using a da Vinci system with the convenience of mobile (Android or iOS). They can access Intuitive Learning for training scores, simulation stats, and clinical video libraries—from one app at any time.

The functional/user-related benefits of this product:

The My Intuitive app is a central portal that connects surgeons to some of Intuitive’s digital products and services. Intuitive Learning—our learning platform—and the Provider Locator—an online tool for finding a surgeon, were the first two existing digital products we integrated in 2021. Whether surgeons are new or experienced da Vinci surgical system users, Intuitive Learning supports their training journey—now conveniently accessed in an app. In addition, we’ve enabled data connectivity for the first time, giving surgeons access to data from procedures they performed using da Vinci systems. Once a surgeon downloads the app, they can see historical data from their cases, track their console times instrument utilization, see personal trends, and compare themselves against national averages. We’ve also enabled signing into the da Vinci surgical system with secure credentials for additional visibility into case detail and access to settings. When a surgeon sits at a da Vinci surgeon console and logs in, their ergonomic and energy settings are automatically applied.

How Does Your Experience differ from its competition:

Automated surgical data is a new field and one that is quickly evolving. One of our strong differentiators is integrating historical data and existing Intuitive products. Surgeons can access their case history the first day they download the app. In addition, we can attach system usage data to their cases that show what instrument was on what arm during what portion of the procedure and who was using it. When two surgeons operate at separate consoles, the app enables attending surgeons to understand what parts of the surgery were completed by the resident for training purposes. Another key differentiator is that Intuitive Learning has been integrated with the app, allowing surgeons to access their online training and learning content anywhere and anytime. Intuitive’s Provider Locator has also been integrated, so surgeons can now use My Intuitive to create a profile to attract patients to their practice.
