Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the submission process, ensuring all entries are appropriately received, documented, and processed.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to promote the call for entries and encourage participation.
- Maintain accurate records of submissions and manage the database efficiently.
- Communicate with entrants to provide guidance and support throughout the submission process.
- Coordinate with the judging panel to facilitate the review and evaluation of entries.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the submission experience.
- Assist in planning and executing events related to the awards, including the final awards ceremony.
